主讲人介绍：徐君祥，教授，博士生导师。1962年5月出生。1995年博士毕业于南京大学数学专业。主要从事哈密顿系统与KAM理论问题的研究，在近可积哈密顿系统，保积映射，拟周期系统等有关的KAM理论方面，都取得过一些有意义的成果。主持完成多项国家自然科学基金项目。主要工作发表在 Math. Z., J Pure Math Appl., J. D. E. SIAM J. Math Anal，中国科学等国内外重要数学刊物上. 2018年获得教育部自然科学二等奖。

内容介绍：This paper considers quasi-periodic perturbations of 2-dimensional degenerate systems. It is proved that if the equilibrium point of the unperturbed system is hyperbolic-type degenerate, then the perturbed system has a small response solution. The proof is based on the topological degree theory and some KAM technique developed by Frank.
